1. Chirala Beach

The best time to visit the beach is during the months of November to January when the temperatures are cooler.
Ideally, go during sunrise and look at the fishermen working on the beach. It is a perfect place to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. The beach is quite shallow and safe.
Don’t venture into the sea as you will not find any lifeguards here.

2. Vodarevu Beach

4. Machilipatnam Beach

Machilipatnam Beach is a perfect place for a beach vacation. The beach is situated at a distance of about 12 km from the town of Machilipatnam. This beach is also known as “Manginapudi Beach or Bandar Beach”.
There are a lot of water sports around the beach plus you can get to visit the park close by which is lit up and you will find museums and temples close by. These spots and activities can keep you entertained. There’s also a lighthouse near the beach. So remember to visit the lighthouse.
Visit the Dattatrey Temple near the beach. This temple has 12 weels inside its premises and surprisingly the water in each of these wells has a distinct taste. So you would be able to taste 12 kinds of water.

5. Antarvedi Beach

The best time to visit this beautiful beach is during the winter months – October to January. Antarvedi is the place where the River Godavari meets the Bay of Bengal

This place is famous for three things 1. Mesmerizing sunrises. 2. Lord Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple which is nearby, and 3. The nearby Neelkantheshwar Temple where the deity is Lord Shiva.
All the 3 activities are must-do. So do get up early in the morning to witness the glorious sunrise and take time off to soak in the soothing ambience of these two temples.

6. Pedapatnam Beach

Pedapatnam beach became popular after the release of the Telugu movie “Colour Photo”. The beach looks beautiful and the drive to the beach is even more beautiful, thanks to the mangrove forests along the road.

The beautiful fields dotted along the area and the small ponds which are being used for prawn cultivation add a surreal atmosphere to the area.

7. Mypadu Beach

Mypadu beach is about 30 kms from the town of Nellore. The beach is known for its cleanliness and stunning views. Visit this beach if possible during a full moon. The experience is supposed to be hypnotic.

Since this beach is quite popular it tends to get quite crowded during the weekends.
